| Review: | You go up the stairs and all is black, apart from the huge white twisted faces painted on the walls. There is a big dancefloor in the middle, in front of which is the stage, and down the side is the balcony seating. The bar is opposite the stage. Downstairs is a dance club, so later on in the night, Naked Truths DJs, whom everyone in Reading seems to know, will play the Spice Girls to take the piss! More importantly, he plays My Dying Bride, Clawfinger, In The Woods... - undergound and mainstream stuff. I went to the opening night which was advertised by word of mouth. The atmosphere is similar to hanging out at a friends place. A fresh view on clubbing in Reading - people should check it out! |
